| 摘要：数字经济以数字技术为核心支持，形成的数字产业化形态为促进城乡融合提供新机遇、新动能和新活力。本文以2011－2020年省级面板数据为研究样本，实证检验数字经济对城乡融合水平的影响效果和作用机制。结果表明，数字经济显著促进城乡融合发展，消费升级在数字经济与城乡融合的作用机制中起着部分中介作用。进一步研究发现，数字经济助力于城乡融合水平发展存在区域异质性，中部地区影响最大，西部地区影响最小；对城乡融合子系统的影响中，要素融合影响程度最大，社会融合影响程度较小，而对生态融合和居民融合不产生显著的影响作用。基于此，建议大力发展数字经济，破除城乡二元壁垒，促进城乡消费升级，进而促进要素融合、产业融合、空间融合和社会融合；强化中西部地区的数字经济建设，加快“互联互通”的数字基础设施建设，利用“数字生产力”驱动制度变革、数字化治理，推动城乡融合高水平发展。 |

| Abstract：The digital economy takes digital technology as its core support,and the form of digital industrialization provides new opportunities,new momentum and new vitality for promoting urban rural integration.Taking the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 as the research sample,the paper empirically tests the effect and mechanism of digital economy on the level of urban-rural integration.The results show that digital economy significantly promotes the development of urban-rural integration,and consumption upgrading plays a part of intermediary role in the mechanism of digital economy and urban-rural integration.Further research shows that there is regional heterogeneity in the digital economy’s contribution to the development of urban-rural integration,with the central region having the greatest impact and the western region having the least impact；In the urban-rural integration subsystem,the factor integration has the largest impact,while the social integration has a small impact,and has no significant impact on ecological integration and residents’ integration.Based on this,it is suggested to vigorously develop the digital economy,break down the urban-rural dual barriers, promote the upgrading of urban and rural consumption,and then promote the integration of factors,industries,space and society.We will vigorously support the construction of the digital economy in the central and western regions,accelerate the construction of “connectivity” digital infrastructure,and use “digital productivity” to drive institutional change and digital governance,so as to promote the development of urban-rural integration. |
