| 摘要：健全的农村金融服务体系是农村金融高质量发展的关键，也是实现乡村振兴的重要动力源。近年来，数字经济“井喷式”发展为传统农村金融服务体系的转型提出了要求，以重庆为代表的部分地区积极开展了数智化农村金融服务体系建设的探索实践。但就现阶段来看，数智化农村金融服务体系建设仍然面临农村金融法规制度尚未健全、农村居民存在认知偏差、数字基础设施建设存在短板、数字技术人才匮乏、数字化风险防控体系建设滞后等问题。基于此，本文探索性提出数智化农村金融服务体系建设的突破路径，以期为推动农村金融高质量发展、强化农村金融赋能乡村振兴提供参考和启示。 |

| Abstract：A sound rural financial service system is the key to the high-quality development of rural finance and an important power source for rural revitalization.In recent years,the “blowout” development of the digital economy has put forward requirements for the transformation of the traditional rural financial service system,and some areas represented by Chongqing have actively carried out the exploration and practice of the construction of digital intelligent rural financial service system.However,at this stage,the construction of digitalized rural financial service system still faces problems such as the imperfect rural financial laws and regulations,the cognitive bias of rural residents,the shortcomings of digital infrastructure construction,the shortage of digital technical talents,and the lagging construction of digital risk prevention and control system.In view of this, this paper exploratively proposes a breakthrough path for the construction of digitalized rural financial service system,in order to provide reference and inspiration for promoting high-quality development of rural finance and strengthening rural finance to empower rural revitalization. |
