| 摘要：在科技金融背景下，高校拔尖创新人才培养面临诸多困境，多元协同体系是解决困境的有效路径。本文基于“政府—高校—企业”的多元协同，剖析科技金融背景下高校拔尖创新人才培养的挑战与趋势，提出多元协同基础、逻辑、路径。研究发现，面对科技金融的快速发展，行业所需拔尖创新人才供给不足；对于科技金融的引入，高校在拔尖创新人才培养中面临资金等资源投入压力。此外，本文提出的多元协同路径包括，促进学科交叉与跨界合作、建设实践创新平台、建立产学研合作关系、引入行业导师指导、组织团队合作与竞赛活动以及推动国际交流与合作。构建多元协同体系对高校拔尖创新人才培养具有重要意义，是对培养拔尖创新人才的有益探索和实践，有利于更好地发挥高校在科技创新中的引领和支撑作用。 |

| Abstract：In the context of technology and finance,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in universities faces many difficulties,and a diversified collaborative system is an effective way to solve these difficulties.This article is based on the diversified collaboration of “government universities enterprises”,analyzing the challenges and trends of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in universities under the background of technology and finance,and proposing the foundation,logic,and path of diversified collaboration.Research has found that in the face of the rapid development of technology finance,the supply of top-notch innovative talents required by the industry is insufficient;For the introduction of technology finance,universities are facing pressure to invest funds and other resources in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.In addition,the diverse collaborative paths proposed in this article include promoting interdisciplinary and cross-border cooperation,building practical innovation platforms,establishing industry university research cooperation relationships,introducing industry mentors for guidance,organizing team cooperation and competition activities,and promoting international exchange and cooperation.Building a diversified collaborative system is of great significance for cultivating top-notch innovative talents in universities.It is a beneficial exploration and practice for cultivating top-notch innovative talents,and is conducive to better playing the leading and supporting role of universities in scientific and technological innovation. |
