| 摘要：ChatGPT的出现标志着新一轮AI技术发展拉开序幕，当前以ChatGPT为代表的生成式AI技术在国民经济的各个领域方兴未艾，在金融领域也有了相关的研究和实践案例。由于ChatGPT技术从诞生到发展以及大规模应用时间比较短，影响面比较大，金融领域在关注生成式AI技术应用的同时，也需要兼顾应用过程中存在的潜在风险。本文以ChatGPT的发展沿革、技术特点发展态势、各国监管形势、产业发展及应用分析为导引，以生成式AI在金融领域的产业应用分析、应用实践及应用风险为纲，讨论生成式AI对金融业态监管带来的影响，最终形成对金融领域应用生成式AI技术的相关工作建议。以期在剖析技术和行业现状、厘清金融行业应用实践及风险、达成金融行业多方共识等方面为金融行业提供参考，推动生成式AI技术在金融行业健康发展，助力金融行业数字化转型。 |
