| 聚合支付方式的应用普及全面改变了传统支付生态格局，但其相伴而生的个人信息泄露频发、过度市场利用成普遍现象。本文通过从技术、政策、市场等三个方面剖析聚合支付中个人数据隐私保护问题，提出制定个人数据隐私保护技术规范、建设个人数据共享库、明确数据共享机构市场准入规则、完善政府监督与行业自律机制等四方面的建议。旨在推动个人数据隐私保护与市场共享的平衡发展，为我国支付产业数字化建设提供科学指导。 |

| The application and popularization of aggregate payment mode has changed the traditional payment ecological pattern in an all-round way.This paper analyzes the privacy protection of personal data in aggregate payment from three aspects of technology，policy and market，and puts forward four suggestions：formulating technical specifications for privacy protection of personal data，building personal data sharing database，clarifying market access rules of data sharing institutions， and improving the mechanism of government supervision and industry self-discipline.It aims to promote the balanced development of personal data privacy protection and market sharing，and provide scientific guidance for the digital construction of Chinas payment industry. |
