| 大力扶持实体经济及民营经济发展，研究解决民营企业、中小企业发展困境是重要的时代课题。而在当前企业经营管理复杂度提高、关联隐蔽性增强的情况下，银行服务实体经济特别是以市场化运作的民营企业的风控能力还较薄弱，亟需进行风控管理方式的转型。重庆银行在过去几年大数据探索和建设的基础上，积累了一定的技术和数据基础。为进一步提高风控水平和助推银行智能化转型，本研究主要依托知识图谱技术，在充分利用、挖掘和融合行内外数据的基础上，构建以群体关系挖掘为核心的大数据风控平台，以解决银行面临的风控痛点、提升银行服务实体经济的能力。 |

| In accordance with the current central spirit and regulatory requirements，the government shall vigorously support the development of the real economy and the private enterprise，to study and solve the development dilemma of private enterprises.But in the current，enterprise management complexity increases and the relevance concealment enhances.Under the circumstances，the ability of banks to serve the real economy is still weak，the bank urgently needs to carry on the transformation of risk management capability.Bank of Chongqing has built the technical and data capabilities on the exploration and construction of big data in the past few years.The subject is mainly based on knowledge graph technology，constructing a big data risk management platform，on the basis of fully integrating the value of data in and out of the bank.This subject can addressing the pain point of risk management for banks，and enhance our ability to serve the real economy. |
