| 摘要:农业保险可分散农业风险、补偿农业生产损失,对于提高农业产业链韧性意义重大。基于2011-2022年全国30个省份面板数据,采用熵权法测度农业产业链韧性,运用双重固定效应模型和中介效应模型进行实证分析。研究表明:农业保险发展能够显著提高农业产业链韧性,且主要通过提高融资能力和扩大经营规模的路径实现;异质性分析发现,该作用在粮食主产区显著性有所降低,而在南北方省份间差异较小。据此,从深化风险保障、扩大粮食主产区覆盖广度、提升南方高附加值农业适配性、实施差异化政策和破除区域壁垒等层面提出相应政策建议,为增强农业产业链韧性提供理论依据和经验证据。 |

| Abstract:Agricultural Insurance disperses agricultural risks and compensates for agricultural production losses,which is of great significance to improve the toughness of the agricultural industry chain.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper uses the entropy weight method to measure the toughness of the agricultural industry chain,and uses the double fixed effect model and the intermediary effect model for empirical analysis.The study shows that the development of agricultural insurance can significantly improve the toughness of the agricultural industry chain,and it is mainly achieved by improving the financing ability and expanding the scale of operation;The heterogeneity analysis found that the significance decreased in the main grain producing areas,while the difference was small in the northern and southern provinces.Based on this,the paper puts forward the policy suggestions of deepening risk protection, expanding coverage in major grain-producing areas, enhancing adaptability for high-value agriculture in southern regions, implementing differentiated policies, and breaking down regional barriers,so as to provide theoretical basis and empirical evidence for enhancing the toughness of the agricultural industry chain. |
