| 摘要:数据要素集聚能够发挥催化效应,促进企业运营韧性的提升。基于2012-2023年A股上市企业的数据测度企业运营韧性,以大数据综合试验区作为准自然实验构造双重差分模型研究数据要素集聚对企业运营韧性的影响。结果表明:(1)大数据综合试验区政策可以提升企业运营韧性,且经过机器学习中的随机森林回归、变量替换等稳健性检验后,结论依然稳定。(2)在作用机制上,大数据综合试验区政策通过推动知识重组再利用,进而提升企业运营韧性;且高管团队数字素养的提升能够进一步增强大数据综合试验区政策对企业运营韧性的影响。(3)在情境适应性方面,政策效应具有相对独立性,不受企业所有制与区域资源禀赋差异的显著影响,但其行业渗透存在滞后性,对技术密集型与劳动密集型企业的促进作用更为明显。为此,应构建梯度化政策推进、知识要素市场化配置与数字领导力培育的多维协同机制,以进一步激发大数据综合试验区的政策效能。 |

| Abstract:The agglomeration of data elements can exert a catalytic effect,promoting the enhancement of operational resilience in enterprises.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2023,the operational resilience of enterprises was measured.A quasi-natural experiment was constructed using big data comprehensive pilot zones to form a difference-in-differences model to study the impact of the agglomeration of data elements on the operational resilience of enterprises.The results show that:(1) The policy of big data comprehensive pilot zones has enhanced the operational resilience of enterprises,and the conclusion remains stable after robustness tests such as random forest regression and variable substitution in machine learning.(2) In terms of the mechanism of action,the policy of big data comprehensive pilot zones has enhanced the operational resilience of enterprises by promoting the reorganization and reuse of knowledge.Moreover,the improvement of digital literacy among the executive team can further enhance the impact of the policy of big data comprehensive pilot zones on the operational resilience of enterprises.(3) In terms of contextual adaptability,the policy effect has relative independence and is not significantly affected by the differences in enterprise ownership and regional resource endowments.However,there is a lag in the industry penetration,and the promotion effect is more obvious for technology-intensive and labor-intensive enterprises.Therefore,a multi-dimensional collaborative mechanism of gradient policy promotion,market-oriented allocation of knowledge elements,and digital leadership cultivation should be established to further stimulate the policy effectiveness of big data comprehensive pilot zones. |
