| 摘要：金融是现代国民经济的命脉，也是国家核心竞争力的重要组成部分。当前，我国正处于从“金融大国”迈向“金融强国”的关键时期，这需要多元化、复合型的金融创新人才支撑。随着科技发展和金融创新的深度融合，科技金融已成为推动国家经济发展的重要力量。在此背景下，政府与金融机构对金融人才的技能要求也相应提高。高校作为人才培养的摇篮，肩负着为金融行业输送高质量科技金融人才的重任，是推动金融高质量发展、金融强国建设的重要“动力源”，如何有效培养科技金融人才以满足国家和行业需求，是当前必须思考的重要议题。为此，系统分析科技金融发展的现状以及高校科技金融人才培养的趋势与挑战，进而提出优化路径和相关对策建议，以期为高校科技金融人才培养提供理论支持与实践参考。 |

| Abstract：Finance serves as the lifeblood of modern national economies and a crucial component of a nation’s core competitiveness.China is currently at a pivotal stage transitioning from a “financial giant” to a “financial powerhouse”,which requires diversified and versatile financial innovation talents.With the deep integration of technological advancement and financial innovation,fintech has become a key driver of national economic growth.Against this backdrop,both the government and financial institutions have raised their skill requirements for financial professionals.As the cradle of talent cultivation,universities bear the responsibility of nurturing high-quality fintech professionals for the financial sector,acting as a vital “power source” for advancing high-quality financial development and building a strong financial nation.How to effectively cultivate fintech talents to meet national and industry demands has become a critical issue requiring urgent consideration.This paper systematically analyzes the current status of fintech development and the trends and challenges in cultivating fintech talents in universities,proposing optimization pathways and relevant policy recommendations to provide theoretical support and practical references for university-level fintech talent development. |
