| 摘要:算力作为释放数据价值、激活数据潜能的关键驱动力,已经成为数字经济的核心生产力与赋能绿色经济转型的新引擎。基于2016-2022年我国30个省份面板数据,实证检验算力对绿色经济转型的影响及作用机制。主要研究结论如下:(1)算力能够促进绿色经济转型。(2)算力能够通过提高数据要素配置水平促进绿色经济转型。(3)异质性研究表明,在高经济发展水平、高市场化水平和高环境规制强度地区,算力对绿色经济转型的促进作用更显著。(4)门槛检验发现,存在以绿色技术创新和产业结构高级化为门槛变量的双门槛效应,只有当绿色技术创新水平和产业结构高级化水平跨越第二门槛值才能充分体现出算力发展水平对地区绿色经济转型的推动作用。研究为量化算力发展水平对地区绿色经济转型影响机制提供经验证据,为推动中国经济绿色化、低碳化发展提供启示。 |

| Abstract:Computing power,as a pivotal driver for unleashing data value and activating data potential,has evolved into both the core productive force of the digital economy and an enabling engine empowering the transition to a green economy.Based on panel data from 30 provincial-level regions in China spanning 2016 to 2022,this study conducts an empirical analysis of computing powers impact on green economic transformation and its underlying mechanisms.The main findings are as follows:(1) Computing power significantly promotes green economic transformation.(2) Computing power facilitates the transition to a green economy by improving the allocation level of data elements.(3) Heterogeneity analysis reveals more pronounced effects in regions with high economic development,high marketization levels,and high environmental regulation intensity.(4) Threshold tests identify dual-threshold effects with green technology innovation and industrial structure advancement as threshold variables.The driving effect of computing power on regional green economic transformation becomes fully evident only when both green technology innovation and industrial structure advancement surpass their respective second threshold values.This study provides empirical evidence for quantifying the impact mechanism of the development level of computing power on the green economic transformation of regions,and offers implications for promoting the green and low-carbon development of China’s economy. |
