| 摘要：全球经济一体化进程持续深化，金融市场的复杂程度与多元特性日益凸显，各类潜在金融风险的传导速度与影响范围亦随之扩大。金融监管作为维护金融市场有序运行、保障投资者合法权益的核心手段，其人才队伍的专业化建设愈发关键。通过系统探讨我国金融监管人才队伍建设的现实必要性和主要成就，提出切实可行的队伍建设实现路径。研究表明，金融监管人才既是建设金融强国的重要联系纽带，也是支撑金融体系稳健发展的坚实保障，更是推动金融改革创新的关键抓手，应从政治素养、业务本领、全球化视野三方面共同发力、多管齐下，为加快推进金融强国建设筑牢人才基石、奠定坚实基础。 |

| Abstract：The process of global economic integration continues to deepen,accompanied by increasing complexity and diversity in financial markets.Consequently,the transmission speed and scope of influence of potential financial risks have expanded significantly.As a core mechanism for maintaining orderly financial market operations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of investors,the professional development of financial regulatory talent has become increasingly critical.This study systematically examines the practical necessity,key achievements,and core characteristics of financial regulatory talent development in China,proposing actionable pathways for team building.The findings indicate that financial regulatory professionals serve not only as a vital component in building a strong financial nation but also as a robust safeguard for the stable development of the financial system and a key driver of financial reform and innovation.Such a talent pool must simultaneously embody political integrity,professional competence,and international perspective.To achieve this,concerted efforts and multi-faceted measures are required enhancing political literacy,honing professional skills,and cultivating a global vision to lay a solid talent foundation and accelerate the construction of a financial powerhouse. |
