| 加快推进建设高标准农田对于实现粮食有效供给、保障国家粮食安全意义重大。通过构建财政金融协同和高标准农田建设的指标体系，运用2007－2022年中国30个省份的面板数据，实证分析财政金融协同对中国高标准农田建设的影响效应。结果表明：财政金融协同对高标准农田建设具有显著的正向影响，且在粮食主产区更为突出；财政金融协同对高标准农田建设存在门槛效应，在城镇化水平较低的地区，促进作用更强。据此，建议通过创新协同机制、实施协同战略、打破空间壁垒等方式，促进财政金融协同水平的整体提升，推动高标准农田的扎实建设，保障国家粮食安全。 |

| Accelerating the construction of high-standard farmland is of great significance for ensuring effective grain supply and safeguarding national food security.By establishing an index system for the synergy of fiscal and financial support and the construction of high-standard farmland,and using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2022,this study empirically analyzes the impact of fiscal and financial synergy on the construction of high-standard farmland in China.The results show that fiscal and financial synergy has a significant positive impact on the construction of high-standard farmland,which is more prominent in major grain-producing areas;there is a threshold effect of fiscal and financial synergy on the construction of high-standard farmland,and the promotion effect increases in areas with lower levels of urbanization.Therefore,it is suggested to promote the overall improvement of fiscal and financial synergy levels by innovating collaborative mechanisms,implementing collaborative strategies,and breaking spatial barriers,to promote the solid construction of high-standard farmland and ensure national food security. |
