| 摘要：我国提出“双碳”目标具有重要意义，推行绿色保险不仅有助于优化经济发展模式，更体现了我国作为全球领导者所肩负的责任与大国的担当。梳理分析绿色保险的国际国内经验和重庆绿色保险的发展现状，并基于2015－2021年重庆、衢州、湖州和广州4个绿色金融改革创新试验区的面板数据，研究绿色保险对产业绿色发展的影响。实证结果发现：绿色保险在推动产业绿色发展方面发挥了积极作用，绿色金融改革创新试验区的建立有效推动了绿色保险与产业绿色发展的耦合度及耦合协调度的提升并且重庆绿色保险对产业绿色发展的推动作用接近绿色金融改革创新试验区的整体水平。为了进一步推动重庆产业绿色发展，建议通过加大政策法律保障，完善绿色评价体系，创新产品与服务，加强绿色投资，加大金融科技运用，加快数字化新基建，广泛交流与研讨，大力发展绿色保险。 |

| Abstract：It is of great significance for China to put forward the “Dual Carbon” goal.The implementation of green insurance not only helps to optimize the economic development model,but also reflects the responsibility and responsibility of China as a major country.The international and domestic experience of green insurance and the development status of Chongqing green insurance are reviewed and analyzed,and the impact of green insurance on industrial green development is studied based on the panel data of Chongqing,Quzhou,Huzhou and Guangzhou in 2015-2021.Empirical results found that：green insurance has played a positive role in promoting the development of green industry,the establishment of green financial reform and innovation experimental zone effectively promote the green insurance and green development of coupling degree and coupling degree of ascension and Chongqing green insurance for the development of green industry close to the overall level of green financial innovation experimental area.In order to further promote the green development of Chongqing’s industry,it is suggested that we should increase the policy and legal guarantee,improve the green evaluation system,innovate products and services,strengthen green investment,increase the application of financial technology,speed up the digital new infrastructure,extensive exchanges and discussions,and vigorously develop green insurance. |
