| 摘要：新发展阶段，科创走廊已成为各城市群、都市圈开展创新竞争和促进高质量发展的新赛道，而高质量的金融服务供给对成渝地区打造科创走廊至关重要。首先，本文探索金融支持打造成渝科创走廊的理论支撑，分析成渝地区双城经济圈打造科创走廊在科创基础设施、科创成果转化、金融服务体系和资金要素约束等方面存在的现实瓶颈。其次，阐释金融支持打造成渝科创走廊的作用方式，即引导资本流向，强化研发投入，拓宽融资渠道，保障创新活动，满足合作融资需求；厘清金融支持打造成渝科创走廊的作用效应，即提升企业财务绩效，加速创新成果转化，拓展创新合作空间，增强校企合作基础。最后，提出强化金融支持保障、提高资金使用效率、促进金融互联互通、创新金融产品服务、扩大合作服务范围和规范监督资本市场等政策建议。 |

| Abstract：At the new stage of development,science and innovation corridors have become a new track for city groups and metropolitan areas to compete in innovation and promote high quality development.High-quality financial services are crucial in building the science and innovation corridor in the Chengdu-Chongqing region.Firstly,this paper explores the theoretical basis for financial support in building a science and innovation corridor and analyzes the bottlenecks in science and innovation infrastructure,the transformation of innovation achievements,the financial service system and constraints on financial factors in building the science and innovation corridor in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle.Secondly,it explains the role of financial support in building a science and innovation corridor,namely guiding capital flow,strengthening R&D investment,broadening financing channels,guaranteeing innovation activities,and meeting the demand for cooperation and financing.It also clarifies the effects of financial support in building a science and innovation corridor,including enhancing the financial performance of enterprises,accelerating the transformation of innovation results,expanding the space for innovation cooperation,and strengthening the basis for cooperation between universities and enterprises.Finally,this paper puts forward policy suggestions,such as strengthening the guarantee of financial support,improving the efficiency of capital utilization,promoting financial interconnection,innovating financial products and services,expanding the scope of cooperation services,and regulating and supervising the capital market. |
