| 摘要：新质生产力是在科技创新驱动下，由战略性新兴产业和未来产业所孕育的生产力。本文在论述新质生产力的内涵和特点的基础上，对金融推动加快形成新质生产力进行理论分析，并提出相应的政策建议。研究表明，积极发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业，可以为新质生产力提供适宜的发展温床，而加快发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业离不开金融的推动。因此，需要营造良好的金融生态环境，构建完善的金融支持科技创新体系。从银行信贷、股权融资、债权融资和政策性金融等方面，为战略性新兴产业和未来产业提供资金支持和金融服务，整合科技创新资源，促进技术变革和产品创新，有利于促进战略性新兴产业和未来产业的发展和壮大，进而加快形成新质生产力，增强发展新动能。 |

| Abstract：New quality productivity is a productivity nurtured by strategic emerging industries and future industries driven by technological innovation.On the basis of discussing the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,the paper theoretically analyzes the acceleration of the formation of new quality productivity through financial promotion,and proposes corresponding policy suggestions.Research shows that it can provide suitable development hotbeds for quality productivity by actively developing strategic emerging industries and future industries,it cannot accelerate the development without financial promotion.Therefore,it is necessary to create a good financial ecological environment,build a perfect financial support technology innovation system.It provides financial support and financial services for strategic emerging industries and future industries through bank credit,equity financing,debt financing and policy finance,integrate technological innovation resources,promoting technological innovation and product innovation,which is advantage to promote the development and growth of strategic emerging industries and future industries,further accelerate the formation of new productive forces,enhance new driving forces for development,and promote high-quality economic development. |
