| 摘要：中国经济已经进入新发展阶段，需要通过新质生产力的不断提升来实现经济转型和升级，而金融发展在推动新质生产力形成方面发挥了重要作用。本文旨在探讨如何通过推进金融发展，加快新质生产力的形成。通过资金导向机制、需求拉动机制和制度创新机制的联合推动，从宏观、中观和微观三个层面发力，构建有政策引导、市场运作、理念培育的长效机制，将政府和市场的优势发挥到最大，形成政府、企业和社会共同推动新质生产力发展，并提出相关政策建议：完善金融服务新质生产力的政策体系；加强金融服务贸易和创新型企业支持；创新金融服务模式，促进新质生产力发展。引导和促进我国金融发展与新质生产力的良性循环，为中国经济的高质量发展提供有力支撑。 |

| Abstract：The Chinese economy has entered a new stage of development and needs to achieve economic transformation and upgrading through the continuous improvement of new quality productivity.Among them,financial development has played an important role in promoting the formation of new productive forces.This article aims to explore how to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity by promoting financial development.Through the joint promotion of fund oriented mechanism,demand driven mechanism,and institutional innovation mechanism,efforts are made from macro,meso,and micro levels simultaneously to construct a long-term mechanism with policy guidance,market operation,and concept cultivation,maximizing the advantages of the government and market,and forming a government Enterprises and society jointly promote the development of new quality productive forces and propose relevant policy recommendations：(1) Improve the policy system for financial services of new quality productive forces.(2) Strengthen financial service trade and support for innovative enterprises.(3) Innovate financial service models and promote the development of new quality productivity.To guide and promote a virtuous cycle between China’s financial development and new quality productivity,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of the Chinese economy. |
