| 绿色金融在新能源产业的发展中扮演着不可或缺的角色,科学评价绿色金融对新能源产业发展的支持效率具有重要意义。本文以我国37家新能源产业上市公司为研究对象,利用DEA-Malmquist模型分析新能源产业2016-2020年的绿色金融支持效率及其动态变化。并在此基础上,采用Tobit模型定量分析影响绿色金融支持效率的相关因素。研究表明,纯技术效率水平低下是我国新能源产业发展滞后的主要原因,成本费用利润率和资产周转率对绿色金融支持新能源产业发展效率具有显著的正向作用,而第一大股东持股比例对其影响是负面的。最后,本文有针对性地提出四点建议,即增强技术自主创新能力、提高资金利用效率、优化资本结构和加快绿色金融市场体系建设。 |

| Abstract:Green finance plays an indispensable role in the development of new energy industry,so it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the efficiency of green finance in supporting the development of new energy industry.Taking 37 listed companies in the new energy industry as the research object,the DEA-Malmquist model method was used to analyze the green finance support efficiency and its dynamic changes in the new energy industry from 2016 to 2020.On this basis,Tobit model regression was used to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of green finance support.To analyze the empirical results,it is concluded that the level of pure technical efficiency is low efficient development of new energy industry in China is not the main reason for the high this conclusion,and through the Tobit model regression found cost profit margins and asset turnover efficiency of financial support for green new energy industry development has a significant positive effect,and the influence of the first big shareholder's stake is negative.Finally,the paper puts forward the following four suggestions:to enhance the ability of independent technological innovation,improve the efficiency of capital utilization,optimize the capital structure and accelerate the construction of green financial market system. |
