| 摘要: |
| 本文从数字金融和数字经济发展的实践依据和现实要求出发，借鉴金融经济关系理论与历史经验，对数字金融与数字经济互动发展机制进行研究。研究认为，数字金融和数字经济存在互动发展机制，一方面数字金融会通过数字技术支撑下的资本普惠包容配置机制、数据要素支撑下的信息信用增强机制和数据与资金结合引领技术创新机制来促进数字经济增长；另一方面数字经济可通过技术支撑机制、资源积累机制以及利润源泉机制来推动数字金融发展。在深入分析数字经济与数字金融互动发展机制的基础上，利用数学模型探讨两者互动的微观机制，对二者的互动路径进行刻画。此外，本文还将数字经济与数字金融互动状态与现实场景相结合进行分析，提出保护数字技术知识产权、明晰数据所有权和使用权、建立健全数据要素市场体系、推动金融科技对科技金融的促进作用、强化数字金融经济人才支撑等政策建议。 |

| Abstract：Starting from the practical basis and realistic requirements of the development of digital finance and digital economy，this paper studies the interactive development mechanism of digital finance and digital economy by referring to the financial and economic relationship theory and historical experience.On the one hand，digital finance will promote the growth of digital economy through the inclusive allocation mechanism of capital supported by digital technology，the information credit enhancement mechanism supported by data elements，and the technology innovation mechanism led by the combination of data and capital.On the other hand，digital economy can promote the development of digital finance through technical support mechanism，resource accumulation mechanism and profit source mechanism.In addition，this article from the digital economy and finance in developed and underdeveloped regions leads to the Matthew effect were analyzed，and put forward to protect digital intellectual property rights，clear data ownership and use right，establish a sound market system，promoting financial data elements of science and technology of financial role in promoting science and technology，and strengthening digital financial support policy recommendations such as economic talents. |
