| 探索建设零碳产业园是推动工业领域减碳的重要途径。目前，国内外零碳产业园相关标准尚处于摸索阶段，个别地区探索建设了零碳产业园。其中，欧美国家零碳产业园具有使用清洁能源、提升碳汇能力、注重智能改造、加大政府支持等特点。我国多个省市也探索建设了各类零碳园区、近零碳园区、低碳园区和绿色园区。本文建议加强顶层设计，明确零碳园区建设路径，加强国内外经验借鉴，选择适合的零碳技术路线，依托各地绿色金融改革创新试验区探索金融支持新模式。 |

| Exploring the construction of carbon-neutral industrial park is an important way to promote carbon reduction in the industrial sector. Currently, the relevant standards at home and abroad are still under exploration. However, some countries or regions have become pioneers. Among them, carbon-neutral industrial parks in European and American countries feature clean energy use, carbon sink capacity enhancement, intelligentized reconstruction and government support. In China, many provinces and cities have built carbon-neutral parks, near-carbon-neutral parks, low-carbon parks and green parks. This paper suggests strengthening the top-level design, clarifying the construction path of carbon-neutral industrial park, refering to domestic and foreign experience, choosing the appropriate carbon-neutrality technology route, and exploring new models for financial support based on pilot zones of green finance reform and innovation across China. |
