| ：融资问题是民营企业经营过程中无法回避的问题之一，不同的融资方式对民营企业经营绩效有重要影响。要提高民营企业经营绩效，提升民营企业发展质量，助推民营企业发展壮大需要认真思考和解决民营企业在融资结构上的选择问题。本文首先梳理了企业经营绩效的相关研究，主要包括企业经营绩效的评价方法、衡量指标和影响因素。在此基础上，从内源融资、债权融资和股权融资三个维度厘清融资结构对企业经营绩效的影响。最后，基于上述分析发现民营企业融资结构与经营绩效研究存在针对性不强、衡量标准不统一等问题。本文的研究为从优化融资结构视角提升我国民营企业经营绩效，进而壮大民营经济发展提供有益参考。 |

| The Impact of Financing Structure on Operational Performance of Private Enterprises：A Literature Review |

| The financing problem is one of the unavoidable problems in the operation process of private enterprises.Different financing methods have an important impact on the performance of private enterprises.In order to improve the operational performance of private enterprises，improve the development quality of private enterprises，and boost the development of private enterprises，it is necessary to seriously consider and solve the choice of the financing structure of private enterprises.This paper reviews the relevant research on business performance firstly，including the evaluation methods，measurement indicators，and influencing factors of business performance.On this basis，from the three dimensions of endogenous financing，debt financing，and equity financing，the impact of financing structure on business performance is clarified.Finally，based on the above analysis，it is found that there are some problems in the research on the financing structure and operating performance of private enterprises，such as weak pertinence and inconsistent measurement standards.This paper provides a useful reference for improving the operational performance of private enterprises and expanding the development of the private economy from the perspective of optimizing financing structure. |
