| 摘 要：中国经济已由高速增长阶段转变为高质量发展阶段，实现高质量发展是适应社会主要矛盾变化的重要途径。本文基于2008－2019年中国30个省级的面板数据，采用改进熵值法和耦合协调发展模型，分析中国经济、生态和社会三个系统的耦合协调发展程度，探究中国高质量发展水平及变化趋势。结果表明：（1）中国不同省份的经济、生态和社会系统的综合得分值均处于不断上升的趋势，而经济系统综合得分均值显著低于生态系统和社会系统，并且各区域之间存在差异；（2）中国各省份经济、生态和社会系统表现出较高的相互作用强度，三系统的耦合协调度趋势向好，省域高质量发展呈“东－中－西”递减的特征。最后，本文从发挥东部地区辐射效应与挖掘中西部地区内生潜力、打造城市发展群、贯彻绿色发展理念角度提出相关政策建议。 |

| Abstract：China’s economy has transformed from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.Achieving high quality development is an important way to adapt to changes in the main social contradictions.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial level regions in China from 2008 to 2019,this paper uses the improved entropy method and the coupled coordinated development model to analyze the degree of coupled and coordinated development of Chinese economic,ecological and social systems,so as to further explore China’s high-quality development level and changing trend.The results show that:(1) The comprehensive scores of economic,ecological and social systems in different provinces in China are in a rising trend,while the average comprehensive score of economic systems is significantly lower than that of ecosystems and social systems,and there are differences between regions;(2) The economic,ecological and social systems in Chinese provinces show high interaction strength,the coupling and coordination of the three systems is developing towards a better trend, and the high-quality development of the province is characterized by “East-Central-Western”.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant reference suggestions from giving play to the radiation effect of the eastern region,mining the endogenous potential of the central and western regions,building urban development clusters,and implementing the concept of green development levels. |
