| 当前，各国中央银行和金融监管机构已就气候变化对金融稳定和货币政策的重大影响形成基本共识，但关于其传导机制的许多观点散见于文献，未形成清晰完整的研究脉络。本文在梳理现有文献的基础上，总结了气候变化对金融稳定影响的理论机制和银行机构气候风险的具体表现，对货币政策目标的影响及货币政策规则的选择，并在梳理各国中央银行和金融监管机构应对措施的基础上，提出现阶段我国应加大金融对绿色低碳技术支持力度、推动金融机构将气候风险纳入风险管理框架和加强气候变化对货币政策影响的研究。 |

| Abstract: |
| Currently，central banks and financial regulatory agencies in various countries have reached a basic consensus on the major impact of climate change on financial stability and monetary policy，but many views on its transmission mechanism are scattered in the literature，and a clear and complete research context has not been formed.Based on the existing literature，this article summarizes the theoretical mechanism of the impact of climate change on financial stability ,the specific performance of climate risks of banking institutions，and how the climate changeinfluence the objectives and rules of monetarypolicy.Based on sorting out the responses of financial regulatory agencies，this paper put forward that our country should increase financial support for green and low-carbon technologies，promote financial institutions to incorporate climate risk into the risk management framework，and strengthen research on the impact of climate change on monetary policy. |
