| 受疫情反弹影响，新兴经济体与发达经济体出现疫情国别分化、经济复苏进程分化。疫情控制与疫苗接种困难，货币大幅贬值，通胀压力持续高位，财政赤字和政府债务不断恶化，为新兴经济体走出困境增加了变数。全球大部分央行货币政策正常化时间或将提前，将影响尚不牢靠的全球经济复苏步伐。本文以阿根廷为新兴经济体样本，梳理其经济社会发展态势，深入解读疫情冲击下阿根廷政府、央行应对措施，展望其发展前景和可能的政策举措，为我国的疫情应对提供政策建议。 |

| Affected by therebound of the epidemic situation，emerging economies and developed economies have shown divergence in in the process of epidemic and economic recovery.Difficulties in epidemic control and vaccination，sharp currency depreciation，persistently high inflationary pressures，deteriorating fiscal deficits and government debts have added uncertainties for emerging economies to get out of the dilemma.The timing of the normalization of the monetary policies of most central banks in the world may be shift to an earlier date，which will affect the still-shaky pace of global economic recovery.This article takes Argentina as a sample of emerging economies，sorts out its economic and social development trends，deeply interprets the response measures of the Argentine government and central bank under the impact of the epidemic，looks forward to its development prospects and possible policy measures，and provides policy recommendations for China’s response. |
