| 摘要: |
| 习近平总书记两次对重庆高质量发展作出重要指示。本文以重庆为典型省域，提出高质量发展评价框架和指标体系。基于熵权-CRITIC法测算得出：2015-2018年重庆高质量发展总体水平为61.6047，处于合格区间；各子系统中，“现代化经济体系”、“内陆开放高地”、“城乡融合发展”、“人民生活品质”、“山清水秀美丽之地”的得分依次递减，且“山清水秀美丽之地”的增速最快，“人民生活品质”增速长最慢。最后，根据研究结论提出了相关政策建议。 |

| General Secretary Xi Jinping made two important instructions on the high quality development of Chongqing.This paper takes Chongqing as a typical province and proposes a high-quality development evaluation framework and index system.Based on the entropy weight-CRITIC method,the overall level of high quality development in Chongqing from 2015 to 2018 is 61.6047,which is in the qualified range.Among the subsystems,the scores of “modernized economic system”,“inland open highland” and “urban and rural integration development”，“peoples quality of life” and “landscapes of beautiful places” are successively decreasing,and the growth rate of “landscapes and beautiful places” is the fastest,and the growth rate of “people’s quality of life” is the slowest. |
