| The framework of modern Russian financial market infrastructure has been established with the development and integration of its exchange markets. Its core is the authority reconstruction of central bank of Russia in the financial market and the formation and development of the unified situation of the exchange market. After years of development, the construction of modern financial market infrastructure in Russia has achieved notable results. It has been playing an important role in promoting the development of financial market and ensuring the steady and efficient operation of the market. As an important country along the Belt and Road, Russia’s experience of strengthening the financia market infrastructure supervision, promoting cross-border connecting, supporting financial technology is worthy of our research and reference. |
