| 2018年以来，我国宣布了进一步扩大金融业对外开放的具体措施和时间表，这预 示着中国金融业新一轮对外开放推进迅速，但也对跨境资金交易监管水平提出了挑战。本文首 先对跨境资金交易及其对我国的影响进行了剖析，提出跨境资金交易对我国金融监管的六大挑 战。之后，在分析美国应对这六大挑战的经验与做法的基础上，提出加强跨境资金交易监管的 建议。 |

| Since 2018, China has announced the concrete measures and timetables to further expand the opening of the financial industry to the outside world, which indicates that the new round of opening to the outside world of China's financial industry is rapid and sound, but it also poses a challenge to the level of cross-border fund transaction supervision. This paper first analyzes cross-border fund transaction and its impact on China, and puts forward six major challenges for cross-border financial transactions to China's financial supervision. Then, on the basis of analyzing the experiences and practices of the US in dealing with such challenges, we put forward suggestions for strengthening the supervision of cross-border fund transaction. |
