| 本文首先运用SFA模型计算我国11个自贸区金融产业效率，然后运用面板数据模型 实证分析金融产业效率影响因素对效率的作用。结果表明：金融产业中就业人数比固定资产投 资占有更重要的位置；对外开放程度、金融集聚程度、地方政府支持和人力资本对金融产业效 率的增长均产生显著的正向影响。 |

| Firstly, the SFA model is used to calculate the efficiency of the financial industry in 11 free trade zones in China. Then, the panel data model is used to analyze the efficiency factors of the financial industry. The results show that the number of employed persons in the financial industry is more important than that of fixed assets investment. The degree of opening to the outside world, the degree of financial agglomeration, the support of local government and human capital have a significant positive impact on the growth of the financial industry.s. |
