| 德国金融账户是德国国民账户的重要组成部分，通过提供金融资产和负债的流量 及存量信息，反映出金融体系的资金往来情况和结构性特征，是中央银行观察货币政策效果、 金融风险传递等问题的重要依据。本文着重介绍了德国金融账户的统计对象、报表体系、计值 原则、数据来源等内容，并提出对我国金融业综合统计的借鉴意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper, we established IFS assessment system of inclusive finance based on rural banks and validated its effectiveness. Then we eliminated the relevance and redundancy of risk supervision indicators through factor analysis. Following the con-integration test and generalized difference method, we estimate the impact that risk supervision made on inclusive finance supply. This paper shows that profitability index mutually promotes the inclusive finance supply. However, the rise of bad loan ratio performs constraint action. Moreover, the provision、capital and liquidity are remained to be released and utilized. It required the CBRC to implement the policy of bad loan tolerance, to accelerate the tempo of bad loan disposal，to make good use of the writing-off policies, to set reasonable liquidity buffer, and to push inclusive finance forward. |
