| 摘要:当前经济环境不确定性加剧,就业稳定性成为宏观经济调控与企业经营的核心议题,在此背景下,企业家精神如何影响企业层面的就业稳定性仍需深入探讨。基于2009-2023年中国A股上市公司样本,考察企业家精神对企业就业稳定性的影响及作用机制。研究发现:(1)企业家精神显著提升企业就业稳定性,该结论在通过稳健性与内生性检验后依然成立。(2)机制检验表明,企业家精神主要通过“提升意愿”与“增强能力”双重路径影响企业就业稳定性。(3)进一步分析显示,内部治理能够与企业家精神产生协同效应,放大其对稳就业的促进作用;而利益相关者监督主要通过督促效应,激发企业家精神对就业稳定性的积极影响。从微观企业层面丰富企业家精神经济后果相关研究,以期为理解和提升就业稳定性提供新视角与新证据。 |

| Abstract:Against the backdrop of heightened economic uncertainty,employment stability has become a core issue for both macroeconomic regulation and corporate management.Within this context,the question of how entrepreneurship affects firm-level employment stability warrants further investigation.Based on a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies spanning 2009 to 2023,this study examines the impact of entrepreneurship on corporate employment stability and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that:(1) Entrepreneurship significantly enhances corporate employment stability,a conclusion that holds robust after accounting for various tests including robustness checks and endogeneity concerns.(2) Mechanism tests indicate that entrepreneurship primarily influences employment stability through dual pathways:“enhancing willingness” and “strengthening capability”.(3) Further analysis shows that internal governance can create a synergistic effect with entrepreneurship,amplifying its positive impact on employment stability;conversely,stakeholder supervision primarily exerts a supervisory effect,stimulating the positive influence of entrepreneurship on employment stability.This research enriches the literature on the economic consequences of entrepreneurship at the micro-firm level,aiming to provide new perspectives and evidence for understanding and enhancing employment stability. |
