| 摘要:选取2010-2023年中国A股上市企业为样本,探讨企业家精神对其自身的大客户依赖程度是否有影响。研究表明:(1)企业越具有企业家精神,其大客户依赖程度越低,企业家精神显著地降低大客户依赖程度。(2)机制检验表明,通过提升声誉以及提高信息披露质量,来增强下游客户对企业实力的认知,由此降低大客户依赖。(3)企业家精神对大客户依赖的影响会受企业行业、企业产权性质以及行业竞争强度的影响,具体而言,当企业为制造业、非国企以及行业竞争强度低时,其影响力更为明显。研究为理解企业家精神对企业大客户依赖的影响提供了新的理论视角和实证证据,不仅丰富了企业家精神与供应链管理领域的相关文献,而且为企业优化客户结构、降低大客户依赖风险提供了重要启示。 |

| Abstract:This study selects Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023 as samples to explore whether entrepreneurial spirit has an impact on the companies’ own degree of dependence on major customers.The research findings are as follows:The stronger a company’s entrepreneurial spirit,the lower its dependence on major customers;entrepreneurial spirit significantly reduces the degree of dependence on major customers.Mechanism tests show that by enhancing reputation and improving the quality of information disclosure,the downstream customers’ understanding of the company’s strength is strengthened,thereby reducing dependence on major customers.The impact of entrepreneurial spirit on dependence on major customers is affected by the company’s industry,the nature of the company’s property rights,and the intensity of industry competition.The impact is more significant when the company is in the manufacturing industry,is a non-state-owned enterprise,or operates in an industry with low competition intensity.This study provides a new theoretical perspective and empirical evidence for understanding the impact of entrepreneurial spirit on companies’ dependence on major customers.It not only enriches the relevant literature in the fields of entrepreneurial spirit,but also provides important enlightenment for companies to optimize their customer structure and reduce the risk of dependence on major customers. |
