| 摘要：随着数字信息技术的快速发展，公共数据资源逐渐成为推动社会经济发展的重要支撑力量，未来将成为普惠金融领域发展的主要推动力，为解决中小微企业融资难融资贵这一难题提供崭新途径。鉴于此，近年来越来越多的学者从公共数据这一视角切入，在其开发利用功能上展开研究。综合国内外研究成果，对公共数据开发利用、小微企业融资以及公共数据普惠金融应用等相关文献进行梳理和综述，发现目前存在一些研究不足有待填补，一是研究者对该交叉研究的相关文献较少；二是缺乏基层案例研究经验，实践层面的案例分析相对匮乏；三是时间维度与动态性不足，多局限于静态分析。 |

| Abstract：With the rapid development of digital information technology,public data resources have gradually become an important support force for social and economic development.In the future,will become the main driving force for the development of inclusive finance,providing a new way to solve the problem of difficult and expensive financing for small and medium sized enterprises.In view of this,in recent years,more and more scholars start from the perspective of public data and conduct research on its development and utilization functions.The article synthesizes the research results at home and abroad,combs and synthesizes the relevant literature on the development and utilization of public data,financing of small and micro enterprises,and the application of public data for financial inclusion,and finds that there are some research gaps to be filled.Firstly,the researcher’s literature related to this cross-study is relatively small；Secondly,there is a lack of grass-roots case study experience,and there is a relative lack of case study analysis at the practical level；Thirdly,there is a lack of temporal dimensions and dynamics,which is mostly limited to the static analysis. |
