| 摘要：在全球经济多重风险与冲击的影响下，企业经营面临诸多风险挑战，金融数智化逐渐成为提升企业韧性水平，保证企业在危机下存活并持续发展的重要支撑。基于2011－2023年中国上市企业微观数据，实证检验金融数智化对企业韧性的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明，金融数智化发展对企业韧性具有显著正向影响，这一结论在经过内生性检验和稳健性检验后仍然成立；机制检验结果表明，金融数智化主要通过缓解融资约束、提升数字化水平的机制提升企业韧性；相较于国有企业，金融数智化对非国有企业韧性的促进作用更显著。因此，企业应积极推进数字化转型，政府部门应对不同性质的企业出台针对性支持政策，金融机构应充分运用数智化技术，深度挖掘数据要素，创新金融产品，满足企业特定金融需求。 |

| Abstract：In the current global economic landscape,characterized by multiple risks and shocks,enterprises face numerous operational risks and challenges.Financial digitalization has gradually emerged as a crucial support for enhancing corporate resilience,thereby ensuring the survival and sustainable development of enterprises in times of crisis.Based on micro-level data from Chinese listed companies from 2011 to 2023,this study empirically examines the impact of financial digitalization on corporate resilience and its underlying mechanisms.The results indicate that financial digitalization has a significantly positive effect on corporate resilience,a conclusion that remains robust after endogeneity and robustness tests.Mechanism analysis reveals that financial digitalization primarily enhances corporate resilience by alleviating financing constraints and improving digitalization levels.Moreover,the effect of financial digitalization on resilience is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech firms,and manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,businesses should actively pursue digital transformation,government departments should implement targeted support policies for different types of enterprises,and financial institutions should fully leverage digital technologies to deeply mine data elements,innovate financial products,and meet enterprises’ specific financial needs. |
