| 摘要:科技金融作为科技创新与金融发展的有机融合,能够有效解决农业发展中融资困难、科技不足的问题,为农业新质生产力发展提供新动能。基于2013-2022年中国31个省份的面板数据,实证考察科技金融对农业新质生产力的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,科技金融对农业新质生产力具有显著的正向促进作用,该结论在经过内生性与稳健性检验后依然成立;科技金融的赋能效果在中西部地区和政策试点区域表现尤为突出,而技术进步是科技金融作用于农业新质生产力的关键路径;政府干预对科技金融作用存在单重门槛效应,适度的政府干预能够提升科技金融效能,但过度干预可能抑制其作用。研究结论为科技金融推动农业新质生产力发展提供了经验证据,并从技术赋能、区域适配性优化和政府干预动态平衡三个方面提出了政策启示。 |

| Abstract:As an organic integration of technological innovation and financial development,science and technology finance (STF) can effectively address financing difficulties and technological gaps in agricultural development,providing new momentum for the advancement of new-quality agricultural productivity.Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this study empirically examines the impact of STF on agricultural new-quality productivity and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that STF significantly and positively promotes agricultural new-quality productivity,a conclusion that remains robust after endogeneity and robustness tests.The empowering effects of STF are particularly pronounced in central and western regions and policy pilot areas,with technological progress identified as the key pathway through which STF influences agricultural new-quality productivity.Additionally,government intervention exhibits a single threshold effect on the role of STF:moderate intervention enhances its effectiveness,while excessive intervention may suppress it.The research conclusions provide empirical evidence for STF-driven development of agricultural new-quality productivity,along with policy implications focusing on three dimensions:technological empowerment,regional adaptability optimization,and dynamic balance of government intervention. |
