| 随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进，数字经济与实体经济深度融合，为加快形成新质生产力、推动经济高质量发展注入强大动力。作为引领新质生产力发展的关键新型经济形态，数实融合对劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象的全方位优化重塑发挥着重要作用。从理论逻辑上看，数实融合能够在宏观层面推动社会生产方式数字化变革，在中观层面推进产业数字化与数字产业化，在微观层面促进企业智能化转型升级，从而塑造新型劳动者，催生新型劳动资料，拓宽新型劳动对象，为新质生产力形成与发展注入鲜活动力。为促进数实融合在推动新质生产力形成中发挥更大作用，需强化数字基础设施建设，夯实新质生产力发展基础；完善数字产业生态体系，激发新质生产力发展潜力；发挥数据要素驱动效应，释放新质生产力发展动能；提升数字政府治理效能，释放新质生产力发展活力。 |

| With the rapid evolution of a new technological revolution and industrial transformation，the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy has injected a strong impetus into accelerating the formation of new high-quality productivity and promoting high-quality economic development.As a key new economic form leading the development of new quality productivity，the integration of the digital economy and the real economy plays an important role in the all-around optimization and reshaping of workers，labor materials，and labor objects.From a theoretical and logical point of view，the integration of data and reality can promote the digital transformation of social production mode at the macro level，promote industrial digitalization and digital industrialization at the medium level，and promote the intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises at the micro level，thus enabling the formation of new types of workers，the birth of new kinds of labor materials，the expansion of new types of labor objects，and inject fresh impetus into the formation and development of new quality productivity.To enhance the integration of digital and real economies to play a greater role in promoting the formation of new high-quality productivity，it is essential to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure and solidify the foundation for high-quality productivity development;improve the digital industry ecosystem to unlock the potential for new high-quality productivity;fully leverage the driving force of data elements to shape the development momentum of new high-quality productivity;and enhance the effectiveness of digital government governance to unleash the vitality of high-quality productivity development. |
