| 西部陆海新通道建设在推进形成全面开放格局、扩大国内国际双循环层面具备国家战略意义。通过着力改善通道沿线各地区法律法规、金融政策、经济环境和技术水平等条件，通道跨区域金融合作取得显著成效，有效促进通道整体建设。但调研发现，当前跨区跨国金融合作仍存在跨区跨境金融合作法治建设不完备、金融机构跨区域合作不深入、公共服务体系不完善、金融合作风险防控能力有待增强、跨区域金融数智化建设有待强化、金融服务体系有待深化以及金融产品创新性有待升级等问题。对此，宜依托合理、明确的顶层规划设计，从优化跨区跨境法治建设、完善通道沿线金融组织体系、完备通道配套政策体系、增强金融数智化建设、拓展金融产品及服务体系等方面打通跨区域金融合作堵点，为金融支持通道沿线经济合作高质量发展创造良好环境。 |

| The construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor has national strategic significance in promoting the formation of a comprehensive open pattern and expanding the domestic-international dual circulation level.By focusing on perfecting the laws and regulations，financial policies，economic environment，technological level，and other conditions in various regions along the corridor，significant achievements have been obtained in cross regional financial cooperation of the corridor，which effectively promotes the overall construction of the corridor.However, research has found that there are still problems in the current cross-regional and cross-border financial cooperation, such as incomplete legal construction of cross-regional and cross-border financial cooperation,insufficient cross-regional cooperation among financial institutions,incomplete public service system, the need to enhance risk prevention and control capabilities in financial cooperation, the need to strengthen cross-regional financial digitization construction, the need to deepen the financial service system, and need to upgrade the innovation of financial products.In this regard，it is advisable to rely on a reasonable and clear top-level plan to break through the barriers of cross-regional financial cooperation from optimizing cross-regional and cross-border legal systems construction，improving the financial organizational system along the corridor，perfecting the supporting policy system of the corridor，enhancing financial digitization construction and expanding financial products and service systems，in order to create a favorable environment for financial support for high-quality development of economic cooperation along the corridor. |
