| 摘要：随着新型城镇化的推进，农业转移人口市民化存在新的演变特点。通过系统梳理国内外现有文献，总结农业转移人口市民化的内涵、特征、影响因素及推进路径等方面的研究成果，从时间维度梳理相关热点问题的历史演变过程，较为清晰地呈现出改革开放以来我国农业转移人口市民化问题的研究脉络。研究揭示农业转移人口在市民化过程中面临户籍、土地、教育、医疗和社会保障等制度性障碍，同时受到个体特征、家庭背景、人力资本和社会成本等多重因素影响。结论指出，多重制度性障碍和个体因素阻碍农业转移人口享受与城市居民同等的公共服务，现有政策在推进市民化方面存在不足。建议深化户籍制度改革，完善土地流转制度，加强教育和医疗资源投入，构建多层次社会保障体系，以及强化职业技能培训，以推进农业转移人口市民化进程。 |

| With the advancement of new urbanization,the urbanization of agricultural migrant populations has shown new evolutionary characteristics.This paper systematically reviews existing domestic and foreign literature,summarizing research findings on the connotation, characteristics, influencing factors of willingness,and pathways for promoting the urbanization of agricultural migrant populations etc.It traces the historical evolution of related hotspot issues from a temporal perspective,clearly presenting the research context on the urbanization of agricultural migrant populations since the reform and opening-up of China.The study reveals that agricultural migrants face institutional barriers in the urbanization process,including challenges related to household registration,land,education,healthcare,and social security,while also being affected by individual characteristics,family background,human capital,and social costs.The conclusion indicates that multiple institutional obstacles and individual factors prevent agricultural migrants from enjoying equal public services as urban residents,and there are deficiencies in existing policies to promote urbanization.It is recommended to deepen the reform of the household registration system,improve the land transfer system,enhance investment in education and healthcare resources,establish a multi-tiered social security system,and strengthen vocational skills training,so as to advance the urbanization process of agricultural migrants. |
