| 金融新质生产力是新质生产力在金融领域的体现，已经成为金融高质量发展的战略引擎。金融新质生产力的创新内涵包括基于新质劳动要素的内涵再界定，以及生产要素和生产过程社会性结合的创新特征。从形成条件看，新时代主要矛盾是金融新质生产力形成的社会根源，技术“创造性毁灭”和劳动要素的优化为金融新质生产力的形成提供了物质基础，两大变局为金融新质生产力的形成提供了百年难遇的战略机遇。为加速金融新质生产力形成，应激活金融领域创新驱动力量，加强金融生产要素耦合，加快金融产业深度转型升级，在金融高质量发展中统筹推进。 |

| The Financial New Productive Forces represents the embodiment of New Productive Forces in the financial sector and has become a strategic engine for high-quality financial development.Its innovative connotations include a redefinition of fundamental attributes based on New Labor Elements,as well as distinctive features in the integration of Production Factors and the social nature of Production Processes.In terms of formation conditions,the primary contradictions of the New Era serve as the social foundation for the emergence of Financial New Productive Forces,while technological “Creative Destruction” and the optimization of Labor Elements provide the material basis for its development.Additionally,Two Major Transformations present a once-in-a-century strategic opportunity for its formation.To accelerate the development of Financial New Productive Forces,it is essential to activate the innovative driving forces within the financial sector,strengthen the coupling of Financial Production Factors,and expedite the deep transformation and upgrading of the financial industry,thereby advancing high quality financial development in a coordinated manner. |
