| 培育和发展新质生产力对于推动金融高质量发展、促进金融业与实体经济深度融合具有重要意义。基于2011－2021年中国省级面板数据，从科技生产力、绿色生产力和数字生产力三个层面构建新质生产力的评价体系，并基于对高质量发展内涵“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的理解，建立金融高质量发展综合指标体系，采用改进的熵值法模型和门槛效应模型来研究新质生产力对金融高质量发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究结果表明：第一，新质生产力能够促进金融高质量发展；第二，新质生产力通过提高资源配置效率间接促进金融高质量发展；第三，新质生产力对东部地区金融高质量发展的提升作用最为明显；第四，新质生产力促进金融高质量发展的过程中存在非国有经济门槛效应。鉴于此，应坚持培育金融机构对新质生产力的“反哺”意识，围绕新质生产力进一步加强和不断完善金融机构与新质生产力企业合作互助机制；树立全国统一发展的战略思维，基于新的生产力基础，加强和完善不同地区之间的合作与互助体系；持续推动国有企业深化改革，国有企业在实现更好地服务国家战略的过程中，应当将重点放在加强在科技创新、产业控制和安全支撑等领域发挥作用。 |

| Cultivating and developing new productivity is of great significance in promoting high quality financial development and the deep integration of the financial industry with the real economy.Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021，we constructed the evaluation system of new quality productivity from three levels of scientific and technological productivity，green productivity and digital productivity，and established a comprehensive indicator system for financial and high-quality development based on the understanding of the connotation of high-quality development:“innovation，coordination，greenness，openness and sharing”.Based on the understanding of the connotation of “innovation，coordination，green，openness and sharing”，a comprehensive index system for high-quality development of finance is established，and the improved entropy value model and threshold effect model are adopted to study the effect and mechanism of the new quality productivity on high-quality development of finance.The results of the study show that，firstly，new quality productivity can promote high-quality financial development.Second，new productivity can indirectly promote financial high-quality development by improving resource allocation efficiency.Third，the new quality productivity has the most obvious effect on the improvement of financial high-quality development in the eastern region.Fourth，there is a threshold effect of the non-state economy in the process of promoting financial high-quality development by new quality productivity.In view of this，we should insist on fostering the awareness of financial institutions to “feed” the new quality productivity，and further strengthen and continuously improve the cooperation and mutual assistance mechanism between financial institutions and enterprises with new quality productivity around the new quality productivity;and establish the strategic thinking of unified development of the whole country，and based on the new productivity foundation，strengthen and improve the cooperation and mutual assistance system between different regions;Continuing to promote the deepening of reform of State owned enterprises，which，in the process of realizing a better service to the national strategy，should focus on strengthening their role in areas such as scientific and technological innovation，industrial control and security support. |
