| 摘要：推进中国式农业现代化进程，实现“农业大国”向“农业强国”的历史性跨越，迫切需要加快发展农业新质生产力。加快形成农业新质生产力，推进农业数智化是主攻方向。对数智技术、农业数智化和农业新质生产力的科学内涵进行概念界定，指出高素质农业劳动者和范围更广的农业劳动对象、高技术含量的农业劳动资料、农业科技和管理创新构成农业新质生产力的基本科学内涵。同时，从提供基础性资源、创造高水平人才支撑、夯实科技保障、打造新业态新模式四方面构建数智化推动形成农业新质生产力的理论逻辑。最后，提出通过数智化优化传统农业生产组织形式、完善农业现代化基础设施、建立农业数智人才培育体系和围绕农业绿色发展进行战略布局等路径，以数智化推动形成农业新质生产力。 |

| Abstract：In order to promote the process of Chinese-style agricultural modernization and realize the historic leap from ‘agricultural country’ to ‘agricultural power’,it is urgent to accelerate the development of new agricultural productivity.Accelerating the formation of new agricultural productivity and promoting the intellectualization of agriculture are the main directions.This paper defines the scientific connotation of logarithmic intelligent technology,agricultural mathematical intelligence and new agricultural productivity,and points out that high-quality agricultural laborers,a wider range of agricultural labor objects,high-tech agricultural labor materials,agricultural science and technology and management innovation constitute the basic scientific connotation of new agricultural productivity.At the same time,from the four aspects of providing basic resources,creating high-level talent support,consolidating scientific and technological support,and creating new business models,the theoretical logic of promoting the formation of new agricultural productivity through mathematical intelligence is constructed.Finally,it puts forward four specific paths to promote the formation of new agricultural productivity by mathematical intelligence,including optimizing the organizational form of traditional agricultural production,improving the infrastructure of agricultural modernization, constructing the cultivation system of agricultural mathematical intelligence talents,and carrying out strategic layout around the green development of agriculture. |
