| 摘要：金融科技在赋能人才创新创业方面具有重要作用。本文通过分析金融科技赋能人才创新创业的核心机制，考察金融科技背景下蚂蚁集团、西湖区科创投助推人才创新创业的实践应用，发现金融科技赋能人才创新创业所面临的管理与体系建设不完善、金融科技融合方式以及复合型人才短缺等问题。因此，本文提出的培育策略包括：通过高校提供知识和专业技能培训；高校搭建实践与创业平台；完善金融科技体制建设，优化服务模式；优化政策环境，为金融科技发展和人才创新创业提供有力支撑。 |

| Abstract：Fintech has an important role in empowering talent innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper analyzes the core mechanism of fintech empowering talent innovation and entrepreneurship, examines the practical application of Ant Group and Westlake Science and Technology Venture Capital in promoting talent innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of fintech and finds that fintech empowering talent innovation and entrepreneurship is faced with the imperfection of the management and system construction,the way of financial and technological fusion as well as the shortage of composite talents.Problems.Therefore,the cultivation strategies proposed in this paper include providing knowledge and professional skills training through universities;building practice and entrepreneurship platforms in universities;improving the construction of fintech system and optimizing the service mode;and optimizing the policy environment,so as to provide strong support for the development of fintech and the innovation and entrepreneurship of talents. |
