| 摘要：本文采用熵值法构建绿色金融评价指数，利用Super-SBM-DEA模型测度绿色创新效率，从分类、动态、异质性的视角检验绿色金融对地区绿色创新效率的综合影响。结果表明：（1）绿色创新效率和绿色金融总体发展水平不断提高，在分类金融中绿色保险和绿色证券的发展相对滞后，省域层面的结果差异较大；（2）绿色金融总体以及各个分类对地区绿色创新效率均产生了促进作用，除绿色投资之外其余绿色金融变量的影响均显著，各类绿色金融还发挥了协同作用；（3）从动态效应看，绿色金融对绿色创新效率的影响具有积累效应且传导速度较快；（4）在绿色创新效率达到最高水平之前，绿色金融均呈现出显著的促进作用，且其影响力在较大的范围内会随着绿色创新效率的提高而增加。本文为完善绿色金融体系、提高绿色创新效率、促进地区绿色发展提供经验证据和政策参考。 |

| Abstract：This paper studies the comprehensive impacts of green finance on regional green innovation efficiency from the perspectives of classification,dynamics and heterogeneity by applying the entropy method to construct an evaluation index for green finance and using the Super-SBM-DEA model to measure the efficiency of regional green innovation.The results show that：(1) The overall green finance development level and green innovation efficiency show a rising trend；sub-categorized green finance development level and green innovation efficiency are significantly different among provinces；(2) Both aggregate and each individual Green finance have positive impacts on regional green innovation efficiency.Green finance and green insurance have a strong impact,followed by green credit and green securities,and green investment has no significant impact.All kinds of green finance also play a synergistic role.(3) From the perspective of dynamic effect,the influence of green finance on green innovation efficiency in the lag period also has a significant promoting effect,but the influence is less than that of green finance in the current period,indicating that the influence of green finance development on green innovation efficiency has a dynamic accumulation effect and the transmission speed is fast.(4) For regions with different levels of green innovation efficiency,the influence of green finance is heterogeneous,and it can have a significant promoting effect before the green innovation efficiency reaches the highest level,and its influence will increase with the improvement of green innovation efficiency in a large range.This paper can provide empirical evidences and policy references for improving the green finance system,increasing green innovation efficiency and promoting regional green development. |
