| 摘要：当前，如何完成党中央、国务院对重庆提出的“到2025年初步建成西部金融中心”的要求，成为一道需要从政治高度解好的“必答题”。本文从行业发展规模、服务实体成效、国际合作成果和金融环境营造等方面介绍了重庆市金融业发展的现状，从立足金融中心建设规律、成渝两地共建成效、重庆金融自身发展不足方面寻找当前亟待解决的问题，围绕西部金融中心建设如何尽快取得突破性进展，如何更好地发挥重庆在西部地区金融领域的核心作用，本文从推动央地共建、服务国家战略、用好现有优势、保障融资畅通和强化机制建设等方面提出突破的路径，以期为相关工作的推进提供参考。 |

| Abstract: Currently, how to meet the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council for Chongqing to “preliminarily build a western financial center by 2025” has become a "must answer question" that needs to be solved from a political perspective. This article introduces the current situation of the financial industry development in Chongqing from the aspects of industry development scale, service entity effectiveness, international cooperation achievements, and financial environment creation. It seeks to solve the current urgent problems from the perspectives of the construction laws of financial centers, the achievements of co construction between Chengdu and Chongqing, and the insufficient development of Chongqing’s finance itself. It focuses on how to achieve breakthrough progress in the construction of western financial centers as soon as possible, How to better play the core role of Chongqing in the financial field of the western region, this article proposes breakthrough paths from promoting central and local co construction, serving national strategies, making good use of existing advantages, ensuring smooth financing, and strengthening mechanism construction, in order to provide reference for the promotion of related work. |
