| 摘要: |
| 在“不敢转”“不愿转”“不会转”的现实困境下,当前研究大多聚焦于数字化转型经济后果层面,就其动因及实施路径的探索尚且不足。本文选取2011-2021年沪深A股上市公司面板数据,基于烙印理论实证研究高管海外经历对企业数字化转型的影响,并深入分析其影响机制。研究发现:“海归”高管有助于企业实施数字化转型战略,并通过缓解融资约束、加大研发投入等路径推动企业数字化转型。〖JP2〗研究结果证实了高管海外经历对企业数字化转型产生赋能效应,为数字化转型进程中优化企业高管能力结构提供经验启示。同时,为促进数字经济与传统经济的深度融合,实现企业高质量发展提供有利支撑。 |

| The digital transformation of enterprises is an important breakthrough to deepen the construction of digital China and promote the high-quality development of enterprises during the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan” period.How to drive the digital transformation has become an important issue.The overseas work and learning experience of senior executives has provided favorable strategic support and resource guarantee for the digital transformation of enterprises,and has become the key factor driving the transformation.Therefore,based on the overseas experience of the senior management team,combined with high-level theory,branding theory and social capital theory,this paper explores the influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation,and deeply explores the mechanism between the two.The research results show that returnee executives can help enterprises implement the digital transformation strategy,and promote the digital transformation of enterprises by easing financing constraints and increasing R&D investment.The research results confirm that the overseas experience of senior executives has an enabling effect on the digital transformation of enterprises,and provide experience enlightenment for optimizing the competency structure of senior executives in the process of digital transformation. |
