| 随着长三角一体化战略的深入推进，长三角发达地区向欠发达地区进行产业转移的步伐不断加快。在企业资金集团化运作背景下，长三角区域资金流动频繁，总部经济形成的虹吸效应可能导致金融资源向沪苏浙总部集团所在地集中，造成长三角欠发达地区的本地资金外流、金融服务空心化，进而加剧长三角区域金融资源配置不均衡。本文基于长三角四省市数据，研究总部经济效应对欠发达地区金融运行的影响，并结合实际从发展自身总部经济、优化区域金融资源配置、促进区域金融协调发展、提升欠发达地区金融服务实体经济水平等方面提出相关的政策建议。 |

| With the deepening of the integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta，the pace of industrial transfer from the developed regions to the less developed regions in the Yangtze River Delta is accelerating.Under the background of corporate capital group operation，the capital flow in the Yangtze River Delta is frequent，and the siphon effect of the headquarters economy may lead to the concentration of capital flow and financial resources to the headquarters group in Shanghai，Jiangsu and Zhejiang，resulting in the outflow of local funds and the hollowing out of financial services in the less developed regions of the Yangtze River Delta，which further intensifies the unbalanced allocation of financial resources in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on the data of four provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta，this paper studies the impact of headquarters economic effect on the financial operation in less developed regions，and combined with the actual situation，puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of developing the headquarters economy，optimizing the allocation of regional financial resources，promoting the coordinated development of regional financial，and improving the level of financial services in less developed regions to the real economy. |
