| 本文基于原环保部公布的企业投保名单，以2014－2015年我国A股上市重污染企业作为研究样本，实证检验环境污染责任保险对企业绿色创新活动的影响及作用路径。研究发现：第一，环境污染责任保险能有效提高企业绿色创新水平，在区分绿色创新质量和绿色创新数量后发现，环境污染责任保险对企业绿色创新质量水平的促进作用更为明显；第二，机制检验表明，环境污染责任保险主要通过提高研发投入力度和缓解融资约束程度促进企业绿色创新；第三，环境污染责任保险对企业绿色创新的促进作用在内部控制质量高、市场化程度高以及行业集中度高的企业中更加明显，而在内部控制质量低、市场化程度低以及行业集中度低的企业中没有显著影响。本文研究结论为完善环境污染责任保险的推行以及促进企业可持续发展提供有益启示。 |

| Does Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance Promote the Green Innovation of Enterprises? |

| Based on the list of enterprises insured in 2014 and 2015 published by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection，this paper empirically examines the impact and role path of Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance on enterprises’ green innovation activities from 2014 to 2015，taking China’s A-share listed heavy polluting enterprises from 2014 to 2015 as a research sample.It is found that：first，Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance can effectively improve the level of green innovation of enterprises，and after distinguishing the quality of green innovation and the quantity of green innovation，it is found that Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance has a more obvious role in promoting the quality level of green innovation of enterprises.Second，the mechanism test shows that Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance is mainly to promote green innovation of enterprises by improving R&D investment and alleviating financing constraints.Third，the role of Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance in promoting green innovation of enterprises is more obvious in enterprises with high internal control quality，high marketization degree and high industry concentration，but has no significant impact in enterprises with low internal control quality，low marketization degree and low industry concentration.The research conclusion provides useful enlightenment for improving the implementation of Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance and promoting sustainable enterprise development. |
