| 数字经济人才的培育，有利于数字经济再提速。要打造具有全球影响力的数字经济发展高地，亟需一批高层次、复合型、技能型的数字科技人才。数字时代赋予教育新的使命，院校是提高数字经济人才素养的重要力量，要促进人才链与产业链有机融合，助推数字经济产业发展。本文从金融科技的挑战和趋势出发，分析高校数字经济人才培养的实践及问题，并提出中国高校数字经济人才的培养路径。本文认为，高校应加强顶层设计，把“智改数转”作为高校新基建核心内容，加强统筹协调，制定统一标准。深入进行产教融合，推动形成跨领域、跨学科、跨平台的学科格局，实施数字通识教育与高层次数字技能培养，引人才和借“外脑”联合为数字经济人才培养赋能，推进高校学生指导与服务体系建设，全面促进学生成长成才。 |

| Abstract：The cultivation of digital economy talents is conducive to the further acceleration of the digital economy.In order to build a digital economy development highland with global influence，a number of high-level，complex and skilled digital technology talents are urgently needed.The digital era has given education a new mission.Colleges and universities are an important force to improve the quality of talents in the digital economy.They should promote the organic integration of the talent chain and the industrial chain，and boost the development of the digital economy industry.Starting from the challenges and trends of financial science and technology，this paper analyzes the practice and problems of the cultivation of digital economy talents in colleges and universities，and puts forward the cultivation path of digital economy talents in Chinese colleges and universities.This paper believes that colleges and universities should strengthen the top-level design，take “intelligent reform and digital transformation” as the core content of the new infrastructure of colleges and universities，strengthen overall planning and coordination，and formulate unified standards.We will deepen the integration of industry and education，promote the formation of interdisciplinary，interdisciplinary，and cross-platform disciplinary patterns，implement digital general education and high-level digital skills training，introduce talents and use “external brain” to jointly empower the cultivation of digital economy talents，and promote the construction of college student guidance and service system to comprehensively promote the growth of students. |
