| 基于2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据，考察保障性住房对农民工市民化意愿的影响效果。研究表明：保障性住房能够明显提升农民工市民化意愿，考虑到模型中存在潜在的内生性问题，运用倾向得分匹配法以及工具变量法进行实证检验后，结论依然成立。机制检验表明保障性住房能增强农民工的身份认同，从而促进农民工的市民化意愿。进一步研究发现，保障性住房对竞争能力较弱农民工的定居意愿的促进效果更强。因此，应加快完善保障性住房体系，兴建保障性住房园区，构建保障性住房信息平台，提高保障性住房的利用率，推动农民工市民化转型。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the dynamic monitoring survey data of China’s floating population in 2017，this paper investigates the impact of urban affordable housing on the citizenization of migrant workers.The results show that：（1）Urban affordable housing can significantly improve the citizenization willingness of migrant workers.Considering the potential endogenous problems in the model，the conclusion is still valid after using propensity score matching method and instrumental variable method.(2)The mechanism test shows that indemnificatory housing can enhance the identity of migrant workers，thus promoting the citizenization of migrant workers.(3)Further test found that the promotion effect of affordable housing on the settlement willingness of migrant workers with weaker competitiveness is stronger.Therefore，we should speed up the improvement of the affordable housing system，build affordable housing parks，build affordable housing information platform，improve the utilization rate of affordable housing，promote the transformation of migrant workers into citizens，and achieve common prosperity. |
