| 本文梳理归纳了债务危机的相关文献，并集中讨论了债务危机的特征、应对和预防措施。由于通缩式债务危机和通胀式债务危机形成机制特征不同，在进行风险化解时的主要政策工具也有所不同，对比总结历史债务危机中的各阶段性应对政策，可为政府制定应对新的债务危机相关措施提供经验借鉴，从而降低违约损失。最后，通过介绍债务可持续性分析方法，整理出债务危机预防的相关经验措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper，I present the literature related with the debt crisis，mainly focus on the feature，solution and prevention parts.Because of the difference between deflationary and inflationary debt crisis formation mechanism，the policy instruments for solution are also quite different.Meaningful historic experience and reference can be concluded from the comparative studies of phased solutions of debt crisis in the past，therefore reducing the losses of new crisis.In the final part，I introduce the debt sustainable analysis method to present the risk prevention experience of debt crisis. |
