| 本文以国际关系理论与国际政治经济学为切入点，对中国企业在拉美国家的投资案例进行分析与总结。首先，本文梳理并讨论了双边政府关系对中国企业在海外开展FDI的影响。其次，归纳出中拉双边政府关系的现状与走向。随后，重点聚焦于不同类型的中国企业如何依靠其独有优势并借助良好的双边政府关系，拓展其在东道国的发展成果。通过华为技术有限公司、重庆力帆集团和中国中车集团有限责任公司三个典型企业在拉开展经贸活动的经历，说明不同类型、规模和所有权的中国企业在“双边政府关系-企业在东道国投资”中扮演的角色。研究发现，无论是技术密集型、还是适应东道国需求的中国企业，都可以从两国政府交好关系中获得东道国的市场利好，有时这种利好会对两国关系起到积极推动作用，从而使得跨国企业进一步享受两国关系升温带来的实际利益。 |

| This paper is based on IR and IPE for the purpose of analyzing the Chinese companies’ investment in Latin America Countries.Firstly，it shows how the Bilateral Government Relations impacts FDI.Then it shows the development of “China-Latin America Relation” and summarizes the current situation of “China-Latin America Bilateral Government Relations”.The next part focuses on how different types of Chinese enterprisesrely on their unique advantages and good bilateral government relations to expand their development achievements in the host country.This paper chooses three different cases：Huawei，Lifan and CRRC and explains the different roles of different enterprise sizes in “bilateral relations-enterprise investment in the host country”.Finally，the conclusion is companies can obtain more benefits from the friendship between the two governments whether technology intensive or adapting to the market demand of the host country.And then they will promote the development of BGR and further get the benefits which brought by the improvement of BGR between the two countries. |
