| 在金融全球化的背景下，金融技术的发展极大地促进了经济和社会的发展，但也产生了复杂而多样的伦理问题和潜在风险，传统金融学人才培养在目标定位、课程体系、教学方式和内容等方面都无法满足现代金融科技发展的需要。本文基于价值伦理视角，首先分析了当前金融科技发展的特点，阐释了金融科技伦理的基本内涵及主要表现，提出了金融科技人才培养的新标准，然后指出高校金融科技人才培养存在培养目标跟不上时代、教学方法相对落后、课程设置不合理等主要问题，最后从优化课程设置、创新教学方法等方面提出加强高校金融科技人才培养的建议。 |

| Research on the Training Path of University Fintech Talents from the Perspective of Value Ethics |

| Under the background of financial globalization，the development of financial technology greatly promoted the development of economy and society，but also produced a complex and diverse ethical problems and potential risks.Traditional finance personnel training in target orientation，curriculum system，teaching methods and content cannot meet the needs of the development of modern financial science and technology.Based on the perspective of value ethics，this paper first analyzes the characteristics of the current financial development of science and technology，and explains the basic connotation of financial technology ethics and main performance，puts forward the new standard of financial science and technology personnel training.Then it points out that there are major problems in the training of fintech talents in universities，such as failing to keep up with The Times，the relatively backward teaching methods and unreasonable curriculum.Finally，it puts forward suggestions on strengthening the training of fintech talents in universities from the aspects of optimizing curriculum setting and innovating teaching methods. |
